Paul Nicholls is a Jersey Advocate and one of the founding partners of Steenson Nicholls.
Paul qualified as an English Solicitor in 1993 and worked in London as a solicitor for Irwin Mitchell LLP before moving to Jersey in 2002.
Paul was admitted as a Jersey Advocate in 2006 and was a Partner of a global offshore law firm from 2008 to 2017. Paul headed up the Jersey office’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice before leaving the firm to start up his own Jersey law firm, Nicholls Law.
Paul specialises in complex international financial litigation including contentious trust, commercial disputes as well as civil fraud and asset recovery and is an experienced court room lawyer.
Paul is a member of the Law Society of Jersey, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the Victims of Crime Association of Lawyers (VOCAL), the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts and the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association.
