Steensons and Nicholls Law merge to become Steenson Nicholls

On 1 February 2019 Steenson’s merged with Nicholls Law to form Steenson Nicholls LLP.

Steenson Nicholls LLP is a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 2007 with Registered Number 79.

Steenson Nicholls LLP has been recognised as a legal services body under Art 17A of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005 and, as such, is permitted to provide legal services in and from Jersey.

The new firm will practice from new premises at Mielle House in the financial district of St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands and joins two established Jersey law firms with complementary practice strengths.

Founding partner, David Steenson commented:
