Part Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to assist with the development and administration of our expanding business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing of invoices;
  • Processing of office expenses;
  • Bank reconciliations and payments;
  • General bookkeeping;
  • Meeting and diary organisation for fee earners;
  • General office administration

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a similar Bookkeeping position;
  • AAT or ACCA Part-qualified;
  • Previous experience in office management;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Driven and have an ability to work off their own initiative.
