We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to assist with the development and administration of our expanding business.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing of invoices;
- Processing of office expenses;
- Bank reconciliations and payments;
- General bookkeeping;
- Meeting and diary organisation for fee earners;
- General office administration
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a similar Bookkeeping position;
- AAT or ACCA Part-qualified;
- Previous experience in office management;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- High attention to detail;
- Driven and have an ability to work off their own initiative.
